Unfortunately due to several cheques being returned unpaid over the last few terms,  - I can now only accept cheques if they are accompanied by a cheque guarantee card number

STREET DANCE UNIFORM  (Optional)

Street Dance black top, black Jazz Pants, Combats etc., Jazz Sneakers, Jazz Shoes, Trainers. All dancers MUST have correct footwear or they will not be able to participate. 

THIS UNIFORM WILL BE USED FOR FETES, SHOWS AND DEMONSTRATIONS.
